Fraser Duncan is a research lawyer with particular interests in labour law, human rights, and privacy law. He joined the firm in 2023 after completing a SSHRC-funded, thesis-based LL.M. at the University of Toronto in 2022 and clerking at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan in 2020-21. Prior to this, Fraser worked as an academic and spent ten years as a Lecturer in Politics at Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland before moving to Canada with his wife who works at the University of Saskatchewan. Since changing careers, he has continued to publish academically and is currently also a sessional at the College of Law.
